Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and materials.

Warranty Duration:
The standard duration of our warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. During this period, we commit to repairing or replacing any product that exhibits defects covered by the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process:
To request a warranty on one of our products, the customer must complete and sign the document that can be downloaded from this link.

The customer should send the completed and signed form to the email address support@garibaldi.es indicating in the subject line "Product Warranty."

Once we receive the properly filled out form, our customer service team will get in touch to coordinate the warranty process.

Shipping Products for Warranty:
Upon receiving our response email, where we accept the warranty and the subsequent return, you should send the product(s) to the following address:

If you choose to use a carrier or any shipping company for the return, the costs will always be the responsibility of the customer, who will also be responsible for the product until it is delivered to our warehouses. Once we receive the product and confirm that the warranty is valid, we will send the repaired item or, if necessary, a new product. Additionally, we will reimburse the transportation costs initially incurred by the customer.

It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
