At Garibaldi we strive every day to offer all our customers a satisfactory shopping experience. For this reason we have several shipping methods to choose the one that best suits your needs and we also faithfully follow a policy of changes and returns, so that we can help you in the in the event that an error occurs in a shipment or that a product is defective.
Policy of changes and conditions:
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to make an exchange or return the money.
Exchanges or returns of used products are not accepted.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in their packaging and with the original labeling.
The shipping costs will be borne by the store exclusively in the following cases:
Defective items (expenses borne by the store).
Changes of size (return and new shipment) both the return costs and the new shipment will be borne by the User. In the event of a second return due to a size change, both the return costs and the new shipment will also be borne by the user.

For urgent deliveries within the city of Barcelona, GARIBALDI offers an Express delivery service (maximum 2 hours).
Delivery to your home or workplace
GARIBALDI undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user. To optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the User must be an address where delivery can be made within normal business hours.
